Eamonn Donlyn
Eamonn is a specialist in building teams and communities, having been Head of Product development, operations, business development, and is also a 2-time emmy award winner as a Producer at ESPN. He has been at the executive level as an advisor and Vice President for several media companies over the last 4 years.
Spanning 17 years across corporate and startups from the US to the UK and Ireland, he has built and scaled a team as large as 75 and constructed and managed teams as small as 7. This includes management of many complex projects, including constructing a full-scale hardware and software facility to manage 10 TV channels, overseeing the engineers and operations teams.
Eamonn has written countless technical and operational documents throughout his career, and has written 2 whitepapers in the Blockchain and ICO sector and is working on his third. Building, training and scaling multinational teams across culture barriers are amongst his specialties.
My passion is for people, decentralized technology and building a successful business and product culture with a foundation of integrity and honesty. After 11 years in sport with ESPN, I begun to gravitate even more toward technology.
With so many people rushing to the #blockchain scene (and moreso to the ICO realm), there is a need remain focused on product, strategy and the massive potential of Blockchain technology itself. I sit at the intersection of tech, business and product and make sure people stay on track with their mission and avoid unintended consequences. Honesty and integrity are my two key tenets, which has led people to nickname me 'The Vault.'
